CEVICHE: PERUVIAN KITCHEN

Ceviche: Peruvian Kitchen is a 250 page book featuring 100 of my own recipes as well as recipes by our chefs, family and friends. Many of these dishes we serve at Ceviche and are loved by our customers. The book also features the story of Ceviche, of Peruvian food and of each recipe.

With all the hard work that went in to the book, we were very honoured to be awarded The Sunday Times: Cookbook of the Year!

BEHIND THE SCENES

Writing the book was a monumental task. 100 recipes, 100 stories, 100 memories. Emotion, nostalgia, love and dreams all went into making this. It was no mean feat and thousands of hours were spent on writing, editing, designing and photographing. We spent almost 3 weeks working on the photos for our book. Here you can catch a glimpse behind the scenes at our photoshoot.
